United Nations Charter
The points of thought of the UN Charter are briefly explained, namely as follows:
1. Continue to maintain and support peace in the world
2. Respect human rights while maintaining brotherhood among nations
3. Build cooperation between countries in the economic, social, cultural, and the environment
4. Be a pioneer and take part in taking actions that threaten world peace
5. Cooperate to assist in humanitarian matters in the event of hunger, natural disasters, and armed conflicts
From these points, the ideas that have been implemented in an effort to create world security and peace Among them:
- Preventive Diplomacy and Mediation
This method is considered the most effective way to reduce human suffering and the huge economic costs of conflict. The United Nations plays an important role in conflict prevention by using diplomacy, great influence, and mediation.
- Peacekeepers
Peacekeepers have proven to be one of the most effective tools for the United Nations to help resolve conflicts. Peacekeeping operations are not only aimed at maintaining peace and security, but also to assist in the fields of politics, law, to promote human rights, as well as expand the legitimate authority of the state.
- Peacebuilding
United Nations peacebuilding activities are aimed at helping countries escape conflict, reduce the risk of conflict recurring, and lay the groundwork for peace and sustainable development.
- Disarmament
The General Assembly and other UN agencies supported by the Offices for Disarmament Affairs work to promote international peace and security through the search for and elimination of nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction, and the regulation of the use of conventional weapons.
Through the UN Charter, it is known that the UN is not only involved in maintaining world security and peace but also in protecting human rights, providing humanitarian assistance, promoting sustainable development, and enforcing international law.
Foundation Non-governmental organizations are based on:
1. Idiil Foundation: Pancasila,
2. Constitutional Platform: 1945 Constitution.

VISION
The realization of a generation that is very dynamic and cares about the scope of life in education, religion, economy, social, culture and a better and sustainable system of government for the creation of a harmonious life in the long-term manifestation.
MISSION
Interactive - Actively encourages and fosters generations and groups of generations to improve capacity and establish independence in terms of educated, economic life, sustainable use of natural resources by balancing sufficient levels of knowledge and protecting existing traditional values so that in the end will be accumulated into a harmonious life order and as a place of control of the state apparatus and the government as public policy makers to be more consistent in implementing the provisions outlined in the short-term embodiment.
Organization Purpose and Objectives:
1. Being a place and means for young people to channel bright ideas as many youths as possible,
2. Being a forum for the development of various economic efforts of young people managed professionally and mutually beneficial for the advancement of POPIDE Foundations,
3. Serve the public interest in the empowerment of farmers and water-using farmers (Water User Farmers Association) as planning resources, development in the field of irrigation, in order to increase professionalism in terms of operations and maintenance of irrigation networks,
4. A place for fostering and struggling for and developing community awareness and knowledge about rights and responsibilities as citizens,
5. Coaching container in the participation and critical attitude of the community in implementing national development in the field of Public Works (Irrigation, Highways, Bridge and Copyright),
6. Uphold and uphold the rights and obligations of the people's sovereignty in every step of development policy to create a just, prosperous, prosperous and independent society and the development of regional autonomy for the realization of civil society, without any political content from certain organizations,
7. As a forum for increasing public participation and awareness to participate in securing water resources and their environment and their efficient use for the livelihood of many people,
8. As a forum for increasing public participation and awareness of their rights and obligations in terms of the utilization of permits for managing assets in the form of water and land - state land in accordance with statutory provisions and applicable regulations,

11. Able to be a means for youth to polish business with the right capital and maximum results for the mutual and future interests of members of the Foundation POPIDE,
12. Able to be a training tool to live independently, economically, effectively, efficiently, creatively, innovatively and attempt to start learning to invest,
13. Being a means for young people to develop their talents and potential as optimal as possible while maintaining the loyalty and solidarity of the board and members of the POPIDE Foundation as a matter of pride.
